We provide comprehensive food hygiene testing services that take advantage of technologies developed through our clinical testing expertise. These include: food microorganisms testing, nutrition analysis, residual pesticides analysis, drinking water ingredients testing, enteric (intestinal) bacteria testing, genetically modified food testing, and genetic testing of food species. Testing services of special health foods (Tokuho) on humans are also performed, thus influencing the development of expertise through our clinical and pharmaceutical testing, and meeting the requirements of Tokuho certification.
